This webinar series will highlight approaches that state and local workforce agencies can implement to ensure effective service delivery, customer outreach, and business engagement during this vital time. During this kick-off webinar, you will hear from experts on the economy, and how the workforce system has managed during this crisis. In addition, you will hear how states are addressing current challenges to get job seekers back to work, to ensure businesses have the skilled workers they need, and to best position their agencies to navigate workforce changes.
