Scale Up, Scale Back, or Steady On: A Data-Driven Approach to Sustainability Planning
When you and other program leaders talk about sustainability, chances are your conversations focus on how to raise money to continue existing services. But this approach may be putting the cart before the horse.
In this session, you’ll hear from a speaker who proposes that the sustainability discussion should instead start with an honest analysis of what to sustain, and at what level, before jumping to the question of how. Using tested tools and resources, this work session will help you clarify your program needs with a data-driven approach and then guide you through building a sustainability strategy to meet those needs.
