The Social Media and Mental Health meeting July 11, 2019 brought together young people and researchers from across the U.S. to discuss how social media affects youth mental health and how young people can use social media in healthy, positive ways.


The goal of this Twitter chat is to continue the conversation from this meeting hosted by the Interagency Working Group on Youth Programs in collaboration with SAMHSA and Office of Population Affairs and engage youth and adults in a conversation about social media and youth mental health.
